Policies
All policies are designed to respect both the doctor's time as well as that of all clients. As a small business that is only providing services 16 hours/week, we enforce strict cancellation policies to ensure that all animals can be seen. Thank you for understanding!
Scheduling
Please schedule appointments using the "Book Now" section of our website where all available appointments are visible. You may also text or call our office if you have any questions prior scheduling. Our business hours to return calls and texts are 9 to 7 M-F and 9-12 on Saturday.
In-office Cancellation/Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 36 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of service. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Payment will be due at or prior to the next appointment scheduled.
House/Farm Visit Cancellations
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. All payments are due at the time of service and may be made in the form of cash, check, or card. Cancellation fees are due prior to the next appointment. Clients who do not submit payment for these fees will be unable to schedule until the fees are paid.
Payment
All payments are due at the time of service. Cash and checks are preferred, but we also take card payments. If you prefer to keep a card on file, we store payment information securely using our payment processing application, which complies with all current data protection policies. You may request to have your payment information removed at any time.
